Responsibilities:

Implementing nursing policies according to hospital standards and principles, keeping accurate records of patient treatment and care details, providing opportunities for professional development and training of nursing staff, listening to patient complaints, taking feedback from them, taking appropriate measures to resolve complaints, working with management while staying within resources and budget, maintaining close and friendly contact with nursing staff, monitoring the situation related to each ward, communicating and cooperating with different departments of the hospital. To take steps to further improve patient care, monitor and supervise nursing staff activities, and develop strategies to improve patient care and quality.

Essential instructions:

Ability to lead nursing staff and make decisions, skills in excellent communication with staff and patients, knowledge of hospital budgets and planning terms and conditions.
